Dorota Murzyn

Dorota Murzyn was finding her footing in dental practice management when Bhavna and DWB gave her the confidence, clarity, and positivity she needed to step up as a leader. Through structured processes, clear protocols, and a newly aligned team, stress levels fell significantly and motivation across the practice grew enormously.

Building Confidence as a Practice Manager

Q: Can you tell us a bit about where you were before joining DWB?

Dorota Murzyn: I was trying to find my place in the dental management and dentistry world. It felt like a difficult landscape to navigate, and I was not always sure which direction to go. Thanks to Bhavna, that journey became much, much easier. She gave me a lot of confidence, clarity, and positivity — things I genuinely needed at that stage of my career.

Q: How did you come to be part of the programme?

Dorota Murzyn: It was actually my boss who decided that we were going to do this. I am very glad that he made that decision. It changed a great deal — both for me personally and for the practice as a whole.

Q: What changed within the practice once you started working with DWB?

Dorota Murzyn: Stress levels are much, much lower now. We have more structure and more clarity. Bhavna helped us develop different processes and protocols so the whole team is aligned — everyone knows what they are doing and what is expected of them. That consistency is what contributes to a calmer, more functional environment day to day.

Q: How did team performance and motivation shift?

Dorota Murzyn: That has been a big one. Team performance and motivation have grown massively since we had the training with Bhavna. We now understand how to actually motivate our team members — what drives people, how to keep them engaged and focused. It has been a huge and very positive change.

Q: What is the overall shift you have felt since working with DWB?

Dorota Murzyn: More confidence, more clarity, and more positivity. We are all going in the same direction now, which was not always the case before. We are more focused on bringing results and offering solutions rather than getting stuck on problems. That shift in mindset — both mine and the whole team’s — has made a real difference to how the practice feels from the inside.
