Dr Neera Maini: I have a two-surgery practice, and before DWB it was really just running day-to-day. We were seeing patients and treating them, but there was not much organisation around the patient journey or our processes and systems. Things happened, but they happened reactively rather than by design. Since working with Bhavna and Rahul, all of those areas are a lot more organised.
Dr Neera Maini: Without a doubt, the patient journey. We have been able to treat patients more comprehensively and present larger treatment plans with a much more cohesive journey from start to finish. The way a patient moves through the practice — from their first contact through to treatment completion — is now structured in a way that supports the kind of dentistry I want to deliver.
Dr Neera Maini: I have felt very supported. If I ever have an issue — anything that has arisen in the practice — they are at the other end of a WhatsApp message. Always helpful, and they always seem to have an answer for almost any challenge I bring to them. That level of accessibility matters enormously when you are trying to implement real changes in a live, busy practice.
Dr Neera Maini: A great deal. I have realised that there are so many facets to running a practice well — team building, having a clear vision, communication systems, accountability frameworks. All of those things really need to be working together for you to have a truly high-functioning, successful business. I feel I have been genuinely helped with all of those areas, and the difference it makes is significant.
Dr Neera Maini: I would say that investing in the business side of your practice is just as important as investing in your clinical skills. The clinical work brings patients through the door, but the systems and the culture determine whether your practice truly thrives. DWB helped me understand that clearly — and start building what was missing.
