Dental marketing coaching programme

High ROI Marketing: A Dental Marketing Coaching Programme

Your agency sends a monthly report full of clicks and impressions. Your diary looks much the same as it did last month. You're spending money on marketing, but it's hard to say which parts are working and which you could switch off tomorrow.

High ROI Marketing is our dental marketing coaching programme for practice owners and their managers. We mentor you to take control of your marketing strategy. That way, the money you spend is linked to the patients it brings in and the treatment they accept.

01 / The programme

What this coaching programme is

Our marketing philosophy is simple. We only recommend spending on activity that brings a positive return. Marketing also has to connect to the rest of your practice, because a new enquiry is only worth what happens after it arrives.

The programme strengthens how your practice is seen and heard. We work on your brand, refine your strategy and track the results so you attract the patients you want to treat. Along the way, you learn enough about marketing to lead it yourself and to judge an agency's results on evidence.

We start from one question. Who are the patients you want to attract? We mean people who are already motivated and suited to your practice and who will pay, stay and refer. Everything that follows is about reaching them.

02 / What it covers

What the programme covers

We work from your brand outwards, then back to the numbers.

Your brand and message

We begin with a brand perception audit, so you see your practice the way a new patient does. From there we agree on brand guidelines and a message you can use consistently on every platform.

Your website and patient journey

Your website should reflect your practice vision. We look at design and loading speed first. Then we review the user journey, including what sits above the fold and how content is laid out for a reader who scans. We also use the attention, interest, desire and action sequence to check that the site leads a visitor towards making contact.

Search, paid advertising and social media

We cover SEO strategy, technical SEO and SEO content that sounds like your practice and is hard for anyone else to copy. We also look at Google Ads and Meta Ads. Some websites suit SEO or paid search and some don't, so we help you decide where your budget belongs.

With paid ads, the cheapest lead isn't always the best patient. We look at search intent and send paid traffic to focused treatment pages rather than your homepage. Retargeting matters too. Without it, you pay for one visit and hope, instead of guiding a patient who didn't book the first time.

Social media works as a filter as well as a megaphone, because strategic content helps patients qualify themselves before they call and builds visibility that lasts.

Local search and AI discovery

Local SEO is a powerful growth lever that needs no ad spend. We help you optimise your Google Business Profile, keep reviews coming in steadily and add fresh photos. We also prepare your website for AI search, with clear treatment pages and structured FAQs that answer the questions patients ask.

Follow-up and measurement

A good enquiry can still be lost without follow-up. We help you track patients rather than form fills and judge each channel on its cost per patient as well as its cost per lead. A CRM with call tracking, source attribution and automated follow-up makes that visible and lets you re-market to prospective patients.

Our follow-up playbook asks your team to respond to new enquiries within the hour, then make five touches over seven to ten days. Automation handles the first contact and a real person follows up, with one team member owning the process as your lead champion. Offline marketing can support all of this where it suits your practice.

03 / Topics and tools

The main topics and tools

The programme is taught through masterclasses, reviews and one-to-one mentoring. The topics include:

  • A Marketing Masterclass for the practice owner and practice manager
  • A brand perception audit
  • A review of your website and social media
  • Website design, patient journey and conversion
  • SEO strategy, content and technical SEO
  • Local SEO, your Google Business Profile and AI search readiness
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media
  • SEO and ROI tracking, with CRM-led remarketing
  • Lead follow-up, patient tracking and cost per patient

You'll also receive a Brand Blueprint Workbook and a Content Calendar Template. An Online Marketing Checklist and workbook complete the toolkit.

04 / Outcomes

What you'll take away

By the end, you should feel confident leading your practice's marketing rather than handing it over and hoping. The outcomes we work towards are:

  • A consistent brand message across all your platforms
  • A lead-generation and follow-up system you can rely on
  • Measurable growth in the number of qualified new patients
  • Brand guidelines that are finalised and in use
  • An active marketing calendar, with content that matches your strategy
  • Tracked measures for enquiries, conversions and return on investment

We also connect marketing to your team's communication and case acceptance. Strong marketing can't make up for weak conversion once the phone rings, and the patients you've paid to attract deserve a real chance of going ahead.

05 / Who it is for

Who the programme is designed for

High-ROI Marketing is for private practice owners and group practices who want to attract the right patients and be more visible to them. It's likely to suit you if your dental practice marketing ROI is disappointing or you struggle to attract the patients you'd like to treat. It also suits owners who can't tell what their agency is delivering.

Practice managers join the Marketing Masterclass alongside the owner. The programme also suits owners building a new or specialist practice without a built-in referral stream.

It won't suit an owner looking for one campaign to fix everything. We only back activity that brings a positive return, and the only way to know that is to measure it over time.

06 / Format

Format and duration

The programme combines online learning with live mentoring and in-practice sessions. Your support includes:

  • Monthly one-to-one coaching calls
  • On-site masterclasses
  • Virtual workshops
  • 24/7 access to our Private Client Vault of training videos
  • WhatsApp support for continuous wins and accountability
  • A toolkit of action plans, workbooks, templates, trackers and frameworks
  • Signed copies of our books, Lead to Grow and Dental Alchemy, with a welcome gift
  • An end-of-programme live meeting

There's no single length that suits every practice. We first understand your goals and how much hands-on support you'll need, then agree on the pace and duration with you.

07 / The journey

What you can expect along the way

Onboarding comes first. Marketing built on an unclear vision can attract the wrong patients, so together we clarify that vision and diagnose where the practice really stands. Then we bring your team behind shared goals.

The Marketing Masterclass comes next, with the brand audit and a review of your website and social media. After that we set up tracking and a marketing calendar you can actually keep to. Monthly calls keep it moving. If the numbers tell us something, we change the plan.

One of our clients moved from a long-established referral environment to opening a boutique implant practice without a built-in stream of patients. The coaching work helped the practice develop a more structured, continuous approach to marketing rather than treating it as a one-off activity.

Philip learned to keep a close eye on agencies and to use internal marketing with existing patients to generate referrals. Alongside a Treatment Coordinator and systemised patient communication, the practice placed more than 2,700 implants in five years. Read Philip's story.

08 / Who delivers it

Who delivers it, and the thinking behind it

Dr Rahul Doshi and Dr Bhavna Doshi have spent more than 30 years in dentistry. They've worked as practising dentists and principals of multiple practices, and both have judged the National Private Dentistry Awards. Rahul is a Past President of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and was Clinical Director of Dentex, now Portman Dentex.

Our marketing advice comes from our own practice first. Rahul and Bhavna developed the website for The Perfect Smile Studios, their practice in Hertford. They've spent years testing which marketing works in dentistry and which doesn't. Marketing and Brand Growth is one of the DWB Seven Fundamentals, and here it gets proper focus without losing its link to the rest of the practice.
