Which course fits where you are

If the problem is: patients agree in the chair and then do not proceed. Start here: Increasing Case Acceptances.

If the problem is: marketing money going out, enquiries not improving. Start here: High ROI Marketing.

If the problem is: good people, no accountability, everything routing back to you. Start here: Transformational Leadership.

If the problem is: an associate wanting to earn more without adding days. Start here: Ultimate Peak Performing Associate.

If more than one of those applies, which is usual, begin with case acceptance. It moves fastest and it pays for whatever you do next.

What these courses are, and what they are not

A fair question when you are comparing dental business training is whether it carries a formal accreditation. Several UK options do, with diplomas at various levels and courses accredited by recognised awarding bodies, and for the right person those are genuinely worth doing.

These are not those. There is no awarding body behind them and no letters at the end.

What they are instead is practical training built out of running dental practices rather than out of a syllabus. The test is whether something in your practice works differently in the month afterwards, not whether you passed an assessment at the end.

If what you need is a formal qualification, for a role application or a CV, a diploma is the better purchase and we would tell you so. If what you need is for case acceptance to improve before the quarter closes, this is the better one.

Success Stories

Real Results. Real Impact. From real dentists who’ve transformed their careers.

Dr Sripal Kumar

Working with Dental Wealth Builder shifted Dr Sripal Kumar's mindset from associate dentist to confident practice owner. By getting to grips with the patient journey and making key changes to his mindset, he saw case acceptance rise, led his team with more conviction, and found a healthier balance between work and life. For him, the programme was never just about the numbers — it was about building a practice that felt sustainable, rewarding, and true to his values.

Dental Wealth Builder

Dr Shreyas Mhatre

Dr Shreyas turned to Dental Wealth Builder for direction and found exactly that — a clear roadmap, renewed confidence, and hands-on guidance tailored to his situation. With this support, he became far more comfortable presenting higher-value treatment plans, doubled his income as an associate, and experienced a genuine shift in how he approached his work. The result has been steady, lasting progress and a return on investment well beyond what he expected.

Dental Wealth Builder

Dr Sagar Shah

An associate dentist with a focus on implants and cosmetic work, Dr Sagar Shah reshaped his career through the Dental Wealth Builder programme. One-to-one coaching helped him get clear on where he wanted to go long-term, sharpen how he communicates with patients, and lift his case acceptance rates. Working more strategically rather than simply harder, he's since increased his income, built a better work-life balance, and now has a defined path for continued growth.

Dental Wealth Builder

Dr Philip McCauley

Thirteen years into referral dentistry, Dr Philip McCauley and his wife opened a boutique practice focused on implants and preventive care — but quickly found they needed stronger marketing and a better way to convert enquiries into patients. Dental Wealth Builder coaching helped them put a lead generation system in place, sharpen their messaging, and rework the patient journey from the ground up. Case acceptance now sits above 95%, five-star reviews come in regularly, and the practice has grown while still protecting their work-life balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these courses accredited?

No. They are practical business training rather than formal qualifications. If an accredited diploma is what you need, several UK providers offer them and that would be the better route for you.

Should my team attend, or just me?

It depends which course. Case acceptance and leadership both shift considerably more when the people actually doing the work are in the room. Attending alone means returning with a plan the team had no part in, and those rarely survive contact with a busy week.

What is the difference between a course and coaching?

A course teaches a method to a group across a set period. Coaching is an ongoing relationship built around your practice and its particular numbers. Courses are the cheaper way to begin, and plenty of owners do one before deciding whether they want the other.

Can I do more than one?

Yes, and most people eventually do. The order matters more than the number. If you are unsure where to start, a short conversation beats a guess.

Is this suitable for practice managers as well as owners?

The leadership and marketing material works well for managers, and several practices send both. The associate course is aimed squarely at clinicians.
