Dental Coach Dr Bhavna Doshi was delighted to be sharing her thoughts on "Creating Team-Driven Success" at Dental Forum UK on behalf of Headline Sponsor Philips in Marbella, Spain.

Drawing upon 30 years of experience, she shared an insightful look into how dental practices can harness the power of leadership, culture, teamwork, and energised dynamics to create a work environment within your practice that revolves around team-driven success rather than top-down directives. This presentation was directed at dentists who owned a group of dental practices and other dental suppliers.

Bhavna also shared her thoughts on "How to increase Case Acceptance" at the British Dental Industry Association on behalf of Philips.

This was a 2-day event attended by the whole dental industry, including suppliers for the dental industry; personnel from dental Universities, including Professors; NHS and Private dentists and their teams.
