My Personal Mission

These are the principals with which I live my life. It has now become my personal mission to continue to live each day in this way.

Daily Passionate Action

I try to do something every single day that I am so passionate about that people literally have to tear me away from it. Those people that know me understand what I mean by this. On occasion I have been known to continue talking in my workshops without realising the time for breaks! My family have known me to burn more than a few dinners in the oven because I became so engrossed in my work.

I am so passionate about what I do that I can easily be in meditative state of mind or work on a higher plane. I choose to do work like this every single day.

Working in this way makes me feel alive.

I Exist

The world needs to have improved because I existed.

Hence, each day I strive to improve myself. Not only this but I also work hard to improve my environment including the people around me. I do this because I want to make a significant difference in the world a small step at a time. I want to be the difference! Make an impact!

I feel better and happier with who I am as a person because I live this way.

Each day I contribute.

I try to give back to this world in many different ways:

  • My undivided attention and time
  • My support
  • My trust
  • Kind words
  • Advice and help
  • Connecting people that I feel can benefit from each other
  • Charitable donations
  • Volunteering
  • Helping people whenever I can
  • Being a positive beacon for others to gain energy from

I help and make people happy wherever I go.

I will never put anyone down or show anyone up in a negative light. My aim is to spread positivity, inspiration and happiness.

I practice this every moment I am conscious. I want to experience life and so do not want to thoughtlessly carry on and miss out on this very short life I am blessed with.

I feel grateful for my life and everything in it.

I am also grateful for the bad experiences as much as I am of the good ones. It is in those bad experiences that I chose who I wanted to become and so those experiences led me down a journey in life that eventually became as fruitful as I could have ever imagined. Those negative experiences provided me with the drive I needed and made me seek out mentors to inspire me to do better. I strive to be that kind of mentor today.

Our deepest fear…

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine as children do.

It’s not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Adapted from a quote by Marianne Williamson, used in film Coach Carter.

Love Over Fear

There are so many things that I do not have confidence in and that sparks anxiety. However, because I feel that I have an obligation to share my gifts with others I must overcome the challenges in my path. Therefore, what I say to myself is that for the love of doing what I do, and helping those that I feel a responsibility towards, I will find the strength to overcome my fear. My love for my work in my life must be so strong and enough that it belittles my fears. In this way I am able to resist my fear. It is true when they say love conquers all.

I am from an Indian heritage and believe in Karma. This is essentially a way of thinking that what goes around comes around. For this reason, I only want to think positive thoughts and act in a positive way.

If I do come across adversity, I allow myself only one day, if that, to wallow in self-pity and misery; thereafter, no matter what the issue I WILL myself out of it and start thinking strategically and plan on how to overcome my issue. I will not allow negative people or negative events to control how I become. I am my thoughts and these thoughts become me.

I hope that our paths can cross one day and that I am able to positively impact your life in some way too.

Always providing my best, Bhavna
